Hurricane Katrina

Since I’m in no position to discuss Hurricane Katrina from my role at the American Red Cross, I asked a few of the people in the Hurricane Recovery Program and from the Gulf Coast Red Cross chapters to weigh in as we mark the second year of recovery.
