Posted on May 14th, 2008 by Wendy Harman
We’ve been working with Facebook Causes over the last few days to set up a cause specific to helping those affected by the Earthquake in China.
I’m now happy to announce that it’s ready to go.
Please join the Relief for Earthquake Victims in China cause!

Recent earthquake have left many people homeless, hungry, lonely, cold, etc. They need shelter, food, clothing and a place to call home. Many in the Sechuan area have lost what they had.
As we listen to the news there are still signs of people living in the rubbles. The emergency team of workers are doing their best to save the people. They cannot do own their own. Resources in the form manpower, equipment, fund, food, materials, professional skills, etc are required. Doctors and Engineers will be a great assest to the team working there.
People with financial resources, please think of our Chinese brothers and sister, give generously to organisation like the Red Cross who are working with one goal to save the people and to give them a new life.
Many chinese family may only have one child, the parents have lost their only treasure… they need counselling and support during this time of bereavement.
Turn our heart and mind to Sechuan.
