Since the earthquake happened right outside Los Angeles, lots of broadcast cameras were rolling.

News stations say that phones have been knocked out in some areas.
We’d like to encourage everyone in the LA area to register for Safe and Well.

One of our Red Cross disaster workers – Colin Chaperon – is going into Myanmar today to support the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies and the Myanmar Red Cross Society response operation for Cyclone Nargis.
