For the second time in as many weeks, a tropical disturbance is heading for the Texas shore.
To our beloved readers along the Gulf coast (as well as all of you in hurricane prone areas), please take a close look at our Hurricane Resources.
The Red Cross is currently mobilizing people and supplies to be at the ready in case those who live in the storm area need assistance.
