Our friend David Stephenson put together this handy explanation for how to use Twitter in an emergency.

Later this afternoon John Solomon is coming over to do a video for his blog that asks the question, “What should we tell the public?

    Great message! Not sure if Twitter is really “mostly kids” though.

    True enough, but to be fair David recorded this almost a year ago when the Twitter tipping point hadn’t been, well, tipped.
