TS Fay Update: Swervy to Stagnant

So far Fay is unpredictable, soaking wet, and stalled.

My brother lives near Port St. Lucie and reports he had 10″ of rain by Tuesday morning. It’s done nothing but rain buckets along the east coast of Florida since that time, with some estimates as high as 30″ of rain falling.

Your American Red Cross is providing shelter all over Florida.
