Not only is she active with Red Cross but also with her church and community. She goes over and above whatever she does. She is an inspiration to us all. We feel so fortunate to have her as a part of our community and our chapter. As I write this she is in Springfield Mo helping get ready for the evacuees. Joyce is a wonderful person inside and out.
