If the Red Cross had a Halloween Costume…

If the Red Cross had a Halloween costume, it would be a Vampire costume (but a really nice world-saving Vampire costume)

Do you remember anything about 1992? All I remember is that I must have seen the Buffy the Vampire Slayer movie every single weekend that year. Anyways, if you had a better social life than I did, here’s the skinny: Buffy was a young girl chosen to prevent Vampires from taking over the world.

I guess I just loved the idea that some regular gal could just be out there saving the world. At the Red Cross, we’re proud to be Vampires on Halloween. Our blood service workers are just regular guys and gals out there saving the world, one pint of blood at a time.

Help our Vampires out. Give them your blood. I promise they won’t bite.
