I commend ARC for getting out and making a weekly contribution for international aspects of issues, needs, and news of the world and the Red Cross Movement. This will be most useful, and I encourage its support. We all need to be getting ready to celebrate an important 60th Anniversary on August 12, 2009. The signing of the Geneva Conventions of 1949.
