The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) head of delegation in the US and Canada has responsibilities that include promotion of international humanitarian law and oversight over visits to detainees held at Guantanamo Bay. In this episode, we interview the former and current heads of delegation as they transition leadership roles. They discuss the philosophy of the ICRC and open up about experiences that still motivate them today.
