I am currently a Volunteer with the Red Cross in Memphis, TN with CDE, Shelter Ops, and Military Briefs, and worked as a teen during the Vietnam war in a military hospital as a Volunteen. I am retired military and the Chairperson of the Family Readiness Group of my retired unit. This "Services to the Armed Forces" truly sounds like something I want to do. I lived in Florida x 22 years and lived through many hurricanes without shelter, water, sewage etc. I am retired army ... I am a nurse. I worked Emerg room x years, and maternity. my most recent degree is in long term care administration Ipharmacy services Medicare D issues). I am accustomed to living it rough and have vast esperience which I can see is needed. Please someone tell me to come. I'll be there on my own dime (I'm currently the victim of a Reduction of force and am not allowed to work in my own state....l think this is perfect!
