Hi,

Our school is participating in a fund raiser that will donate to the American Red Cross relief efforts in Haiti. My second period class has already donated around $50 this week. We look forward to updates from the Red Cross on how these funds will be used to help the Haitians recover from the devestating disaster.

why are you purchasing toyota’s for the relief effort? American Red Cross or International Red Cross wherem are the funds coming from?

I am surprised to hear on the news over the past two weeks, that they are still showin people not receiving food, water or medical assistance in areas of Haiti. The people on the news say they can’t get to certain areas, however then they show church groups in these same areas with supplies. I have been watching and seeing the millions of dollars being donated and just can’t believe that some of these people are going two weeks now with no food, water or medical service. I thought we were the ones in charge there at the airport and organizing the help. Am I wrong??
