Social Basics

• This is an introduction to being a Red Cross social engagement representative online. You must complete this course before taking any other social engagement courses.

Disaster Digital Volunteer Training

• This training is for people interested in taking volunteer shifts to help the National Headquarters social engagement team monitor, respond, and proactively engage people affected by disasters.
• It is strongly suggested that people who want to take this course also sign up for the Radian6 Engagement Console Overview course, delivered by Radian6. See the Master Schedule below.

**NOTE: All trainings with a parenthetical notation in the title are not taught by the National Headquarters social engagement team – for example, (Radian6) means that the course is offered by the company Radian6. The Engagement Console course is an optional course for Disaster Digital Volunteers to take.
